Product Designer (UX/UI)| Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. This role involves designing user flows, interfaces, and interactive elements that enhance usability and delight users across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements for seamless navigation.
• Create micro-interactions and motion designs to provide engaging visual feedback.
• Develop visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
• Produce graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Select color palettes and typography to optimize readability and hierarchy.
• Build wireframes and prototypes (low to high fidelity) to visualize and test design concepts.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Experience Designer, Product Designer, or in a related role.
• Advanced training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Solid knowledge of product design processes and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, and successful project delivery in agile environments.
